We set out from the start to bring great coffee to the people we meet. It has been our dream for years to open a roaster so that we could provide you with the highest quality product possible. In 2022, we did just that. We opened up our roasting operations in our building at 151 Bryan Street in Athens Ga, and once we got our 12 kilo custom roasters guild machine in the door, we haven't looked back.

We love exploring the world of specialty coffee, and it is our aim to distill our knowledge and passion into a delicious cup of joe that you can enjoy at your home or in your cafe.
